Dr. Caitlin Cross was raised in Valmeyer, Illinois. She graduated from Fontbonne University with a Bachelor’s of Science, majoring in Biology, while participating on the university’s varsity intercollegiate softball team. Upon graduation, Dr. Cross pursued her passion of chiropractic and enrolled at Logan College of Chiropractic. Throughout the course of her chiropractic studies, Dr. Cross also developed an interest in nutritional sciences and enrolled in Logan University’s Master of Nutritional Sciences program. In August 2018, Dr. Cross graduated with both her Doctor of Chiropractic and graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Master of Nutritional Sciences degree.
Throughout her time at Logan, Dr. Cross completed over 300 hours of training under Dr. Keough, where she learned various techniques and treatments for pediatric and pregnant patients. Dr. Cross is a member of the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association). Additionally, Dr. Cross also has over 100 hours of Acupuncture training and has achieved her Certification in Acupuncture from Logan College of Chiropractic.
She specializes in Diversified, SOT (sacral occipital technique), Cox Flexion-Distraction, Thompson, Activator, Webster technique for Breech and Intra-Uterine Constraint, McKenzie Low back, and Basic techniques.
Dr. Cross is incredibly passionate about treating children and pregnant women. Dr. Cross’ enthusiasm in assisting families naturally achieve optimal body function fits perfectly with Keough Chiropractic’s mission.
