Seemingly Minor aches and pains ignored now will cause Major problems later

Before Valerie chose chiropractic care her life was slowed down by the annoying aches and tired muscles and headaches that plagued her on a daily basis. The pain wasn’t debilitating and she could still perform her daily routine but she noticed that over time the problem began to hinder her lifestyle. Eventually, holding her grandson was very difficult because of the physical stress that comes with holding a baby. She needed frequent breaks and rest periods to regain her strength and energy and give the pain time to subside. Now her grandson is almost two and of course requires a TON of energy. Valerie has been under regular chiropractic care and is able to hold him and play with him without pain or the breaks she needed before. What a change of pace!

Its the small aches and pains that seem to be minor and harmless that will accumulate over time and cause the body harm in the future. Small aches in your spine and joints, and tight, sore muscles are the body’s way of telling us our spine and nervous system (think of this as the axis or the master control center of your body) is in need of alignment and adjusting.  Valerie’s body had simply reached the pain threshold from the interference that was residing in her spine and any extra stress (physical, mental, emotional) caused her body to experience more pain. Chiropractic adjustments remove stress and interference from the spine and allows a pain free well functioning body.  LISTEN to your body, its always talking to you.

Read what Valerie has to say:

“The care of Dr. Keough has been nothing but outstanding.  She is very passionate about the well being of her patients.  She has helped me tremendously.  I am now able to do my normal activities with little or no discomfort, not to mention I take very little pain medication anymore.  I believe the treatments have helped with headaches as well as my back issues and posture.” ~ Valerie A.

Thanks for sharing those heart felt words Valerie. Another reason I LOVE being a chiropractic physician.
